Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi has proposed recording of a charge sheet against Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam ( DMK) pioneers Dayanidhi Maran and Kalanithi Maran in the Aircel-Maxis case.
Sources say that the Attorney General has given a go-ahead to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in recording of charge sheet.
As indicated by sources, the Attorney General has likewise told the CBI that there is sufficient proof to arraign the previous telecom pastor and his sibling.
Maran is affirmed to have abused his office to compel Aircel manager Sivasankaran to offer his whole stake in the organization to a Malaysian specialist T Ananda Krishnan. Maran later entered into a quid-expert plan with the organization.
