Bharatiya Janata Party ( BJP) pioneer Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday depicted the Aircel-Maxis arrangement, including Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) pioneers Dayanidhi Maran, as an enormous trick and said that it denounces on national security of the nation.
"As I am a petitioner in Aircel-Maxis deal case, I can say that it is a very big scam, and it also impeaches on our national security," said Swamy.
He claimed that Dayanidhi Maran constrained an Indian organization offer to a remote organization and previous Finance Minister P Chidambaram guaranteed that Maran gets 100 percent of the shares.
Prior, Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi prescribed documenting of a charge sheet against DMK pioneers Dayanidhi Maran and Kalanithi Maran in the Aircel-Maxis case.
Sources say that the Attorney General has given a go-ahead to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in recording of charge sheet.
The Attorney General has additionally told the CBI that there is sufficient confirmation to indict the previous telecom priest and his sibling.
Maran is asserted to have abused his office to constrain Aircel manager Sivasankaran to offer his whole stake in the organization to a Malaysian businessperson T Ananda Krishnan. Maran later entered into a quid-master plan with the organization.
