Popular TV actress Mahi Vij feels the ‘saas-bahu’ shows will continue to
rule the small screen primarily because of its demand.“I think the ‘saas-bahu’ format shows are here to stay. If I would have been the head of a channel I would put my money on such shows as that is what is working. Women at home love to see such shows. There are
new kinds of shows that have come up but some have fallen flat in three months,” Mahi told PTI in an interview.
The actress, popular for her role of Nakusha in ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’, is in no hurry to do a daily soap until something different and exciting come her way.
