The fresh case has been booked against the accused under the provisions of the IT Act. According to Circle Officer Sanjeev Vajpayee, the accused Sachin is in police custody for the murder of a Class X student here on May 9.
The family members of Uvais, the murdered student, told police that the said snap -- in which the accused has been photographed with the illegal gun in front of him on a table -- was posted with a design to threaten them, police said.
