He talked about the excellencies and inadequacies of the nation's commonwealth on the event of congratulating the champs of 'National Youth Parliament Competitions' composed by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs for the learners of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and Kendriya Vidyalayas here yesterday.
