India will field a solid 224 part unforeseen, its second biggest ever, in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games to be held from July 23 to August 3, with games shaping the greatest squad of 41.
The games service has cleared the 224 players from 14 brandishing orders, including seven para-competitors, at government cost, alongside an unexpected of 90 authorities, mentors and help staff.
The Glasgow Games will have 17 games and 261 decoration occasions and India won't be fielding competitors just in three controls - netball, rugby sevens and marathon.
The para-competitors will finish independently in a record 22 occasions in five separate games (sports, cycling, garden bowls, swimming and weightlifting).
2010 Delhi GWG had 21 games and 271 decoration occasions and India had fielded 495 competitors, the nation's biggest ever cooperation. India had won a record 101 decorations ( 38 gold, 27 silver, 36 bronze) and had completed second behind Australia.
